How it works

Format: Choose 1:1 sessions (45–60 minutes), a Group Series (6 weeks), or a Weekend Intensive—each option supports different rhythms and learning styles.

Resources: You’ll get guided meditation audios, “rescue” practices (5–10 minutes) for busy days, habit cues to make consistency easier, and progress check-ins for accountability.
